A.0 US Lab Implementation Guides defined as part of FHIR US Lab Implementation Guides defined as part of FHIR The US Laboratory Order Implementation Guides consists of three specifications: 1) laboratory orders from the ambulatory care setting to the laboratory, 2) laboratory results from the laboratory to provider in ambulatory care setting and 3) laboratory results from the laboratory to the local public health jurisdiction.
